I know there are many popular designs for beehives - and your design looks like it will work awesome.

One thing to maybe add is an adjustable slid for the front opening - to control size of entrants - and some vent holes.

Do you think you could use Fritzing (it is like a $9 donation) - https://fritzing.org/home/ I use it to build out a breadboard representations for IoT projects - and from that you can generate a schematic and a PCB (all parts as PDF) It has a pretty good parts library for IoT and basic electronics, ...

Even with shipping from China - I think we paid like $14,000 for the one I referenced above (this was before all the silliness with tariffs)- with an extra 130 watt tube, rotary attachment, chiller, portable fume extractor (that I gave away as I vented to outside) and both a small and large compress...
