FYI: quotes on a circuit board from a Taiwan vendor were two to three times cheaper than quotes from an American supplier even when shipping is included! The small quantity is what really hurts. Michael, I see that Eagle free software has a board size limitation. I have Diptrace lite (has good reviews) and have laid out a very simple board with LEDs and resistors. I guess my file must have exceeded the height or width limit. (I don't like it when the computer is "smarter" than me!)

Michael, I just tried to upload a jpg file which is 303 kBytes in size. On my computer, I right click on the file and select properties and it lists the file as 303 KB. After trying to attach the file I got a yellow triangle and when I clicked it, it said: Error The file is too big, maximum allowed ...
